1 day Yoga workshops for musicians
I lived in London during my early twenties as a professional musician. Whilst studying classical guitar at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama I discovered the benefits of Yoga & Alexander technique.
These workshops are designed specifically for musicians and explore simple yoga postures to encourage body balance and improve your fitness. Co-ordinating the breath and movement increases your ability to concentrate and improves stamina.
We can look at correcting postural imbalances, strengthen your core muscles, improve your breath control and body awareness. All of this will culminate in helping you perform to your optimum level and reach a pleasant and vibrant state of physical, mental and emotional health.
We can also look at the principles of sound healing and how it can relate to your yoga practice and music performance.
1 day yoga workshops are available only in London (W2) and I never teach more than 4 people at a time.

Workshops start at 10am and finish at 5pm
