1 day Yoga workshops for dancers
Whilst you undertake considerable training as a dancer and develop immense core strength you may be surprised just how much Yoga can help you further enhance your skill.
My yoga workshops for dancers not only introduce postures to help alleviate aches and pains caused by dancing, you also learn how to enhance your body awareness and balance.
Learn deep relaxation and meditation techniques to improve your focus and concentration. Learn the secrets of breathwork to improve stamina, co-ordination and muscle repair.
Workshops are available for up to 4 participants. So if you have dancing buddies that would like to attend at the same time then contact me to organise a group booking and I may be able to offer you all a discount on the standard workshop price.
1 day yoga workshops are available only in London (W2) and I never teach more than 4 people at a time.

Workshops start at 10am and finish at 5pm
