1 day Yoga workshops for beginners

This workshop is a must for people who wish to explore the benefits of Yoga for the first time or for those who wish to revisit some of the essential principles of healing and deep relaxation.

There are only 4 places available on each workshop so tuition and guidance is high quality. Alternatively you can book a solo workshop just for yourself to attend. No matter what you deice you can be sure that workshops are great fun and will leave you feeling refreshed and completely relaxed.
You will be able to take home various practice sheets and notes so you can then safely continue to practice at home.
1 day beginners yoga workshops are available in London (W2) and in Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent) and I never teach more than 4 people at a time.
Workshops start at 10am and finish at 5pm
London 1 day class workshop - £145 per person (max of 4 people)
London 1 day solo workshop - £375 (arranged by appointment only)
